“The Silhouette’s Last Case” about the death of a minor character in Alan Moore’s Watchmen (an obscure fandom I suspect is going to become very popular when the film comes out), a masked vigilante who was a member of the original Minutemen but who was expelled from the group when it was made public that she was in a lesbian relationship.  She was murdered shortly thereafter. 

A dark femslash story about the relationship between Tally and Shay from the Uglies series, set between Pretties and Specials when Shay is training Tally as a Special.  This period is mentioned only briefly in the text, but it talks about how Shay showed Tally how much pain Specials were able to take by breaking her hand.  Given the history of these characters and Shay’s love/hate/jealousy/desire for Tally this just screamed nasty bdsm girl sex to me. 

Miller’s Crossing- Bernie/Verna.  I have whole hunks of tough 20’s dialogue for this kicking around in my brain.  I’ve even researched period slang. 

Reservoir Dogs- I’ve got a couple plot bunnies for this fandom including Blonde/Orange and Orange/White Daddy/Boy PWP however the piece I most want to write is one I’ve tentatively titled “Freddy’s Dead” (after the Curtis Mayfield song) which tells about Orange’s life and death and repressed homosexual tendencies from the perspective of his police department handler Randy Holdaway.  I’ve always felt Holdaway is a key character in the film—back when I had a zine I did a big piece on race in Tarantino films where I discussed his character extensively.  I’d very much like to expand some of those ideas into a fic. 

Revolutionary Girl Utena- I’d like to do a Nanami/Touga story where he tells her he lied about them not being related and admits that they are actually brother and sister.  I see it as being set years after the series when they’re both adults.  I see Nanami as becoming a successful but jaded Becky Sharp style opportunist. 

In the Harry Potter fandom I have more ideas than I can list from post-Deathly Hallows Andromeda/Rodolphus to a story where after the final battle Lavender Brown owes Hermione a life debt and becomes part of a ménage a trios with Hermione and Ron.  Then there’s my idea for a pseudo-Mormon AU….
